The method involves section wise or complete re-shrinking a deformable object with a thermal shrinkage hose and deflecting the object re-shrankable with the hose, where the object has a temperature greater than 50 degree Celsius. The deflection of the object re-shrinkable with the hose is fixed. The fixed deflection of the object is cooled onto a temperature, in which shore hardness of the hose lies in a range of 50 - 70 degrees. An independent claim is also included for an application of a method for cavity shaped fixing a deformable object e.g. a conductor in a motor vehicle and a damping unit in a household appliance, an electric appliance, an electrical and/or electronic equipment, a media guiding equipment, a flow guiding equipment and/or a shaft guiding equipment.
