FLOW RATE MEASURING METHOD AND FLOW RATE MEASURING DEVICE

Compressed air in a temperature equalizing container (2) is discharged to a sample pneumatic apparatus (100) where temperature response to time is measured and a time function of heat transfer coefficient is determined. In a flow rate operating process, flow rate of the sample pneumatic apparatus (100) is determined from pressure response to time using the function of heat transfer coefficient. Since a flow rate operating expression used in the flow rate operating process is provided with a correction term introduced with energy equation in the temperature equalizing container (2), an accurate flow rate can be measured even if temperature in the temperature equalizing container (2) is not equalized strictly.
