<p>A reinforcing sheet, including a constraining layer and a reinforcing layer; a reinforced substrate, including the reinforcing sheet on a side of a substrate; and a method for reinforcing a substrate, including providing the reinforcing sheet on a side of the substrate. The reinforcing layer contains a foam composition containing (A) an epoxy resin, (B) an epoxy-modified rubber, and (C) a hydrophobic hydrocarbon oil. The reinforcing sheet may exhibit an improved resistance to water.</p> |
