To provide a heat sink including a compact cooling system and superior in uniformity of heat as well as providing a compact cooling unit superior in uniformity of heat.
A heat sink (100) is formed from a header (2) for distribution connected to a cooling fluid inlet (1), a header (5) for confluence connected to a cooling fluid outlet (6) and provided in parallel and adjacently to the header (2) for distribution and a heat transfer vessel (4) including a heating element mounting surface as well as channels (3) inside, the channels (3) being connected to the header (2) for distribution and the header (5) for confluence.
