<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence of disturbance of a connector attached to a casing member without making the casing member including an electromagnetic clutch as compared with a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coil unit 90 and ECU are electrically connected by wire via a connector 130 arranged in a connector mounting hole 37 passing through a housing 30, an atmospheric air side connector 131 is inserted in the connector mounting hole 37, a connector engagement part 133 is attached with facing to an inside of the housing 30, and an oil side connector 132 is engaged with and connected to a the connector engagement part 133 in the housing 30. The housing 30 includes a rib 39 formed projectingly from an inner circumference surface and an oil side harness is gripped between a plurality of ribs 39.
