<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of outputting only an image of a necessary specified amount for a user to an image forming apparatus in a system in which an accounting is made to the outputting of the image. <P>SOLUTION: In the system comprising a functional server and a composite machine, when a service starting command is inputted to the functional server from the composite machine, the functional server transmits successively printing data on every page unit to the composite machine. When the composite machine receives these printing data, receiving numbers are assigned in the order of receiving, and the printing data are respectively stored. In addition, accounting scheduled information received from the functional server with the printing data is stored, and based on this stored content, when the printing data are all printed out temporarily, the amount of money whose accounting is to be processed (the total amount of money) is displayed. Then, when an instruction for printing is inputted from the user side without operating upper and lower cursor keys, at the time of inputting the instruction for printing, the outputting for the printing of a displayed amount of money is executed, and at the time of outputting for printing, the accounting is instructed to the functional server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
