摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create patent application paper data by exchanging document data between a client used by an inventor creating the document data of a description for patent application and a client used by a person in charge of application processing for correcting the document data.

SOLUTION: A client 100 inputs document data created by an inventor by a document creation means 101 and transmits the document data and invention notification information to a server 300 by a document uploading means 103. The server 300 receives the transmitted document data and invention notification information by a document reception means 301 and registers them in a file wrapper file 303 by relating them to each other by a document registration means 302. A client 200 transfers the document data registered in the server 300 by a document downloading means 201, corrects the document data by a document correction means 202 and transmits the corrected document data to the server 300 by a document uploading means 203.
