<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive adhesive composition for raw meat piece for giving sufficient adhesiveness in food processing to a raw meat piece adhering product regardless of being heated/unheated, requiring no gelling agent such as a protein-base substance or polysaccharides-based substance as the essential ingredient, controlling adhesion work extension of time, and easy to handle. <P>SOLUTION: This adhesive composition for raw meat piece is formulated with 40-100 pts.wt. of one kind or at least two kinds of neutral salt and basic salt, containing sodium chloride as the essential component, based on 100 pts.wt. of at least one kind of an alkali agent selected from calcined calcium, alkaline earth metallic oxide, alkaline earth metallic hydroxide and sodium hydroxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
