PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing occurrence of bending moment of a core plate due to vibration and reducing stress concentration into a tube joint part. SOLUTION: A protruding part 145 protruding onto a central side of a core part 130 from a bottom face 141a on a core part side is formed on the core plate 140, and a joint part 142a of a tube 132 and the core plate 140 is arranged on a central side of the core part 130 more than the bottom face 141a and is at substantially the same position in the longitudinal direction X of the tube for a pressing face 143a of a packing 150. Consequently, even if load in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction X of the tube orthogonally is applied to a formation section of a mounting channel part 143, occurrence of bending moment in the tube joint part 142a of the core plate 140 is prevented.
