PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier sheet for double-sided reading for reading an original whose width is larger than the maximum reading width of a reading device or a pair of originals where two double-sided print originals are overlapped by preventing the occurrence of the offset. SOLUTION: This carrier sheet 1 for double-sided reading is configured to support the reading operation by the original reader 15 of an original whose width is larger than the maximum reading capability of the reader as to the reading width of the original, and is provided with two transparent sheets 2 and one opaque sheet 3, and those three sheets are all rectangle and have almost same sizes, and the opaque sheet 3 is laminated so that almost the overall face of one transparent sheet 2 can be covered, and the other transparent sheet 2 is laminated so that almost the overall face of the opaque sheet 3 can be covered, and the sheet laminate is configured.
