PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a requested message to a user simultaneously when locking/unlocking a lock. SOLUTION: An electric lock 10 is provided with a display part 14 integrally at a body to display the requested message as display contents. The display part 14 is installed near an information reading part 11 for reading locking/unlocking information for locking/unlocking the lock 13 built in the electric lock 10. The requested message is input from a display data output device 30 composed of a terminal unit such as a personal computer installed in a management room or the like, or a portable data input-output apparatus.
