PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll blind equipped with a rotation regulating device capable of pulling out a screen and fixing the screen in an optional position and pulling out the pulled-out screen a little more to release fixation and to roll the screen into a winding roller. SOLUTION: The roll blind 1 is equipped with the rotation regulating device for locking the screen P pulled out of the winding roller 2, in the optional position and pulling out the pulled-out screen P a little more from the winding roller 2 to release the lock and to wind the screen P onto the winding roller 2. The rotation regulating device is disposed on the lower end side, put in a free state, of the screen P with the upper end side suspended and fixed, and an abutting member abutting on the back face of a hanging tension face of the screen P wound by the rotation regulating device, with predetermined return torque of the rotation regulating device is provided near the rotation regulating device.
