PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional hand drying device which dries both surfaces of hands may cause the rugged palm side to be not well dried because of the intake of air being heated by a warm air heater by a fan motor and the jet of warm air of the same temperature to the palm and the back of hands. SOLUTION: The fan motors 14 and 24 which blow out air, and blow-out nozzles 17 and 27 for blowing out air which are arranged above the fan motors 14 and 24 are respectively connected with air feeding passages 16 and 26 for this hand drying device 10. In the hand drying device 10, warm air heaters 19 and 29 are respectively arranged in the air feeding passages 16 and 26, and the warm air temperature on the palm side is set to be higher than that on the back side of hands.
