<p>The panel has a panel plate, where an upper sided locking border (6) is provided at a panel side of the plate. The upper surface of the border runs in a plane of upper side of the plate. A base sided locking border (7) is provided at opposite panel side of the plate. Each border has dome channels and dome bulges, where flanks of the bulges contact themselves. Dome grooves and dome bars partially lie together with the locking borders.</p>
