<p>A mobile terminal is provided which can cancel any display of information unnecessary for the user and eliminate any user discomfort, even when the reception field intensity or the radio wave reception quality is degraded during movement of the mobile terminal, thereby improving the comfortability during viewing and/or listening. A mobile terminal comprising a receiving part that can receive external contents; a field intensity determining part for determining the reception intensity of the external contents; a reproducing part that can reproduce the external contents; a control part for forwarding data from the receiving part to the reproducing part; and a storing part that can store internal contents selected by the user in advance; wherein when the reception intensity becomes less than a predetermined value during a reproduction of the external contents, a reproduced content switching mode can be selected which enables the control part to cancel the reproduction of the external contents and then start a reproduction of the internal contents.</p> |
