<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current driving circuit capable of improving setting accuracy of a driving current. <P>SOLUTION: Transistors 1-1 to 1-n of a bias voltage generation circuit 1 and transistors 3-1 to 3-8 of output circuits 2-1 to 2-160 are dispersedly formed within common region on a semiconductor substrate. As a result, the threshold voltage of the compound transistor constituted by the parallel connected transistors 1-1 to 1-n is approximated to the threshold voltage averaging the threshold voltages of the transistors 3-1 to 3-8 of the output circuits 2-1 to 2-160. Consequently, the errors of the threshold voltages between the composite transistors and transistors 3-1 to 3-8 of the output circuits 2-1 to 2-160 are about halved with respect to the variation width of the threshold voltages.
