<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic card case, and a magnetic card crime prevention system capable of protecting a magnetic card from damage of skimming, and capable of contributing to capture of a criminal and construction of an equitable society. <P>SOLUTION: In the magnetic card case 1, a case body 2 has a recording part 3 for dummy magnetic information. The case body 2 is comprised of a rectangular pouch of a size capable of holding the magnetic card. In the case body 2, the recording part 3 is shaped like an elongate band provided on an outer side of the case body 2, and it is extended in a length direction of the case body 2. The recording part 3 has normal and abnormal positions based upon a recording direction of the dummy magnetic information, and one width direction is an upper position, and the other is a lower position. The case body 2 alternately has a plurality of recording parts 3 with different forward and reverse positions on both faces.
