PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting support structure enabling walking on the upper side of planting. SOLUTION: This planting support structure 10 includes a tray 12. A support base material 14 is arranged in the tray 12. The support base material 14 supports planting P such as moss, lichen, sedum and natural lawn. The tray 12 is detachably attached with a tray cover 16, and a breeding space S for growing and breeding the planting P is constituted between the tray 12 and the support base material 14. The tray cover 16 includes a foundation 24 with rigidity. The foundation 24 has a plurality of ventilating parts 26 pierced from one principal plane into the other principal plane of the foundation. A breeding supported part 28 for growing and breeding the planting P, set so as to extend downward from the foundation 24 is arranged in the lower side of the foundation 24.
