<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist watch or the like capable of clocking properly a race time. <P>SOLUTION: This wrist watch 10 specifies a passing time in response to a trigger signal sent from a trigger generation device, and stores it in a storage part 15 during the race. The wrist watch 10 calculates the race time from each passing time. After finish of the race, a time collection device 20 reads a bar code BC by a bar code reader BR to acquire a code value, and then retrieves a wrist watch ID correlated with the code value from a tag information storage part.
