<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cushioning part protected effectively. <P>SOLUTION: Covering bodies 38 with sufficient slack are attached and fixed to the inner surface of a container body, and air cushioning parts 36 are stored between the covering bodies 38 and the inner surface to be stored in the covering bodies 38, where the cushioning parts 36 are free from restriction. Each air cushioning part 36 is of a flat bag-like air injected body, and each covering body 38 is a protective cover for the air cushioning part 36 and prevents the cushioning part 36 from coming in direct contact with a transferred article. Being prevented from coming in direct contact with the transferred article, the air cushioning part 36 is protected effectively regardless of whatever shape the transferred article takes. The four corners of each covering body 38 are anchored slightly loosely to posts 37, which are formed on the four corners of each of the inner surface of the container body, so that the end face 38a of the covering body 38 is kept afloat from the inner surface of the container body across an extra gap d.
