PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal equipped with a speaker phone function and a method for removing a feedback effect of the mobile communication terminal equipped with a speaker phone function. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal includes: a first voice input path set as a default; a second voice input path configured as an additional voice input path; and a controller part for outputting a control signal for selecting one of the first and second voice input paths according to whether a speaker phone is in use during voice communication.
