PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for a fluorine-containing coating, which has sufficient curability even at a room temperature, provides a coating film having excellent solvent resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, coating film hardness, gloss, etc., and takes the environment into account. SOLUTION: The composition for a curable fluorine-containing coating comprises (A) a third-class organic solvent, (B) a hydroxy group-containing fluorine-containing copolymer that is soluble in the organic solvent (A) and has >5mgKOH/g hydroxyl value and >30mgKOH/g total of hydroxyl value and acid value and, if necessary, (C) an acrylic resin and (D) a curing agent.
