FIELD: plastic metal working. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydraulic press comprises working cylinder with the plunger, hydraulic station, fluid-pressure make-up pump, pressure pipeline of the working cylinder, and control system. The press additionally has return cylinders, floating clutch, alternative throttle, reverse electric motor, and device for remote control of the molding pressure set in the pressure pipeline of the working cylinder and provided with safety valve with the adjusting screw, cut-off hydraulic distributor, analogue pressure gage, and programmable control device. The adjusting screw of the safety valve is connected with the shaft of the reverse electric motor through the floating clutch. The outlet of the valve is connected with the inlet of the cut-off hydraulic distributor one of the outlets of which is provided with alternative throttle. The outlet of the throttle and second outlet of the cut-off hydraulic distributor are connected to the drain pipeline. The programmable control device comprises programming unit, comparator, and units for control of safety valve, cut-off hydraulic distributor, and make-up fluid-pressure pump provided with the electrical air-operated converter. The outputs of the analogue pressure gage is connected to the input of the comparator whose second input is connected with the output of the controller. The output of the comparator is connected with the inputs of the control unit. The output of the unit for control of safety valve is connected to the windings of the reverse electric motor. The output of the unit for control of the cut-off hydraulic distributor is connected with the windings of the cut-off hydraulic distributor. The output of the unit for control of the make-up fluid-pressure pump is connected to the electrical air-operated converter of the make-up fluid-pressure pump. ^ EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities. ^ 2 dwg |
