<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution management device for performing communication by reducing the loss of a transfer packet without switching a satellite line to another line when the satellite line is put in a deteriorated status in a rainfall or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This data distribution management device is provided with a transferring part for transferring a data packet through a communication line, a line quality monitoring part for judging whether or not communication quality is put in a deteriorated status based on line quality information corresponding to the communication quality of the communication line and a rewriting part for setting segment size information corresponding to the segment size of the data packet included in a control packet to be transferred by the transferring part for connection setting so that when it is decided that communication quality is put in a deteriorated status by the line quality monitoring part at the time of opening connection through the communication line, the segment size of the data packet to be transferred by the transferring part through the connection can be a segment size corresponding to the line quality information or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
