<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper one point hint information to each user. <P>SOLUTION: Fingerprint information is acquired from the finger of a user by a user authentication means 13, and the user is identified. When an application function is selected by the user, the number of times of using the selected application function is stored in a storage means 14 as the using history information. A classification group for one point hint information is selected from the number of times of using each application function or each combination of application functions. For example, when the selection of one point hint information corresponding to the application function of which the number of times of using is largest is set, one point hint information which corresponds to the application function which the user frequently uses can be selected.
