<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shoplifting more effectively without exerting any bad influence on a commodity and a human. <P>SOLUTION: For example, if a criminal tries to peel off an IC tag 22 with a built-in scented sheet 36, which is stuck to a commodity 21, from the commodity 21, the scented sheet 36 is exposed to the outside, and aroma molecules 51 are diffused around from the scented sheet 36. In this way, a person near to the criminal recognizes that the criminal tries to break the IC tag 22 with the built-in scented sheet. Consequently, the criminal cannot shoplift the commodity 21 by peeling off the IC tag, and shoplifting of the commodity 21 can be surely prevented.
