PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a seamless belt by which there is no fear of deforming a belt substrate, an elastomer layer does not deteriorate, the elastomer layer can be formed by being closely adhered between the belt substrate and a mold releasing layer to afford excellent adhesion and the mold releasing layer composed of thin sleeves made of a synthetic resin can be formed without a wrinkle and air mixing and which is excellent in productivity and reliability. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the seamless belt comprises a belt substrate fitting process of fitting the belt substrate 2 to a concave part 6, a core insertion process of inserting and fixing a core 7 into the belt substrate 2, an injector attaching process of attaching an injector 8 to an outer periphery of a lower end of the belt substrate 2, a metallic mold putting process of putting a cylindrical metallic mold 14, to an inner wall of which the sleeve 13 is adhered by a sleeve attaching process, into an outer periphery of the belt substrate 2, a synthetic resin pouring process of pouring the synthetic resin between the belt substrate 2 and the sleeve 13 by a resin pouring tube 9 and an elastomer layer forming process of performing heating treatment of the synthetic resin.
