PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV irradiation device equipped with a plurality of head parts, and enabling control of UV irradiation time and UV irradiation power. SOLUTION: This UV irradiation device is equipped with a plurality of head parts 120 provided with one or more UV sources capable of irradiating UV-rays, a plurality of head part connection parts 160 capable of connecting with each of the plurality of head parts 120, a controller part 110 provided with a control part 114 for controlling ON/OFF of the UV sources of the head parts 120 and a power source part 112 for supplying driving currents to the UV sources controlled by the control part 114 through the head part connecting parts 160, and a cable part 130 provided with an electric signal line for electrically connecting the head part 120 with the controller part 110. The plurality of the head parts 120 are so composed that each can independently adjust the output and/or ON/OFF timing of the UV source, and the controller part is provided with a setting part 140 for individually setting irradiation time and/or irradiation power as UV irradiation conditions of each head part 120.
