PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus for simply producing a porous body with high porosity and uniform pores, and to provide the porous bodies by using the apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the porous bodies comprises a jetting means which jets a first solution containing a first monomer, a charging means which charges the first solution jetted from the jetting means, and a reaction vessel storing a second solution containing a second monomer, wherein the first monomer and the second monomer are reacted in the reaction vessel.
