PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having antagonistic actions on muscarinic receptors and inhibitory actions on C-fiber activation and useful for treating overactive bladder syndrome. SOLUTION: The optically active substance of a quinazolinone derivative is represented by general formula (1) [wherein, Y represents a phenyl group or a 2-7C alkyl group; E represents a group represented by formula -CH= or a nitrogen atom; and R represents a fluorine atom, a 1-4C alkyl group, a 1-4C alkoxy group, a trifluoromethoxy group or a 2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy group] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
