PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning brush for an endoscope constituted so as to certainly prevent the scattering of the liquid produced when the brush part positioned at the outermost end part of the cleaning brush is drawn out of a pipeline. SOLUTION: The cleaning brush 1 for the endoscope is used for cleaning the inside of the pipeline formed in the endoscope and has a long main body part 2 having flexibility so as to be bent along the inner wall of the pipeline when inserted in the pipeline and the brush part 4 provided to the leading end part of the main body part 2. The protruded part 5 protruded in the longitudinal direction of the main body part 2 is provided on the leading end side further extending from the brush part 4 of the main body part 2 and made longer than the brush part 4.
