摘要 FIELD: metallurgy; production of composite materials at mixing interinsoluble liquids. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in melting, delivery of melt to storage reservoir and treatment of it by means of piston-vibrator performing elastic vibrations at frequency of 16-160 Hz. Melting and treatment of melt are carried out in continuous mode; vibration amplitude is dictated by frequency of vibrations, viscosity and density of melt. Radius and height of piston-vibrator, distance from bottom of storage reservoir to its lower plane and level of melt above upper plane of piston-vibrator are determined from experimental expressions. Melting of interinsoluble components of alloy is performed in separate melting baths; components are fed to storage reservoir at preset ratio continuously under piston-vibrator at rate equal to rate of pouring alloy; level of melt relative to level of delivery to storage reservoir is dictated by equality of hydrostatic pressure. Melting baths are made in form of concentric rings around storage reservoir and are connected with storage reservoir by means of supply passages. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of composite alloys and alloys in interinsoluble and laminating metals. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
