FIELD: production, storage and reprocessing of agriculture raw materials, and storage and reprocessing of natural animal- and vegetable-originated raw materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes water treatment under cavity conditions and blending thereof with biopolymer mass. Water is treated in cavitation reactor with amplitude inducing acoustical wave cavitation at least 5.5 Ph, wherein Ph is hydrostatic pressure in cavitation reactor and with productivity at most 450 V.m3/h, wherein V represents cavitation reactor internal volume in m3. Method of present invention is useful in treatment of corn, seed, fruit and other biomass before storage dispatch, production of feeds, backing dough, foodstuff, beverage, liquid spices, etc. ^ EFFECT: decreased microbial contamination of biopolymer cased by increased hydrogen peroxide content in hydrating water. ^ 6 dwg, 4 tbl, 4 ex |
