An illuminating assembly 5 e.g. a low voltage garden feature spot lamp comprises a low voltage electrical light emitting device connected by means to a form of semi-rigid wires 4. The light emitting device may be an electrical light emitting diode (LED) or a filament bulb. The illuminating assembly may be enclosed in a water resistant housing 2 and have a low voltage power source connected to the assembly. One or more illuminating assemblies may be provided and secured by a means to a frame (15 figure 7). Alternatively one or more illuminating assemblies may or may not be provided with a frame and placed close to a feature such as a garden feature fountain (7 figure 5). The semi-rigid wires may be bent so as to position the low voltage illuminating assembly such that the light beam illuminates a garden feature fountain. |
