PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter with a sensor mechanism free from concern over dropping of a piston. SOLUTION: A tube member 4 constituting this catheter 1 with a sensor mechanism comprises a piston 6, a pressure transmitting medium 10 and a pressure sensitive means 9. This tube member 4 is attached to the front end of a catheter tube 2. A variation in pressure to which the piston 6 is subjected is transmitted to the pressure sensitive means 9 through the pressure transmitting medium 10. A plurality of gripping nails 22 are formed at the front end part of the tube member 4. Each gripping nail 22 bent in the central axis of the tube grips the piston 6. |
