PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove or correct peripheral extinction by means of a camera lens at the time of reproducing an image by storing information corresponding to the intensity of peripheral extinction in a photograph film at the time of photography, reading the information at the time of reproduction, correcting peripheral extinction corresponding to the intensity of peripheral extinction and reproducing a visual image. SOLUTION: An image reproducing device 1 is provided with an image read part 1A and an image processing part 1B, and it has a function for reproducing the visual image of a photograph print from the photograph film 6 taken by a camera. The photograph film 6 is provided with a magnetic stripe recording various data in a position along the outer edge of an image recording area where the photographed picture is recorded. A magnetic head 25 for reading recorded data is provided for the picture read part 1A. The visual image to which peripheral extinction correction corresponding to the intensity of peripheral extinction is executed is reproduced in the image processing of an image reproduction system based on the output of the magnetic head 25. |
