<p>Materials (A,B,C,D) are conveyed by a roller conveyor (1) which comprises a pair of conveyor frames (2a) and a plurality of rollers (3) rotatably mounted between the pair of conveyor frames (2a). The roller (3) comprises a roller body (4) and a driving force receiver (6) connected to a motor. When the driving force receiver (6) is driven, the roller body (4) is driven and rotated by engagement of the driving force receiver (6) and the roller body (4). When the roller (3) stops, the roller body (4) is disengaged from the drivng force receiver (6) and becomes freely rotatable in either direction. <IMAGE></p> |
