<p>The slicing machine for foodstuff has a rotating knife (1), a carriage (2) moving back and forth, a support surface (5) for the product (7) to be sliced movably attached to the carriage and movable from a first position which includes an angle of other than 0 degrees to the horizontal into a second horizontal position. The slicing machine comprises resetting means which exerts a restoring force to the support surface during a movement of the support surface from the first into the second position.</p> |
