An installation for cleaning of conduit contains cylinders with compressed air placed on the frame of transport means and connected together, air-operated holder, which contains cylindrical housing with openings and connection, and pneumatic hose connected with the cylinders and connection of air-operated holder. On the frame there are located: compressor connected with the cylinders, device, which contains lubricating liquid connected with pneumatic hose with possibility of dosed supply of lubricating liquid through pneumatic hose into the air-operated holder. In this case, the air-operated holder contains a piston with longitudinal open-end hole. Openings in the housing of air-operated holder are made at an angle relative to the location of the connection of air-operated holder.
