The method for controlling the absence of immunosuppressive properties in the live virus vaccines against the infectious bursal disease comprises histological, hystochemical, and immunomorphological study of the immune organs after the vaccination. The one-day chickens of the first group are vaccinated with virus vaccine against the infectious bursal disease. In two weeks, the chickens of the first and the second groups are vaccinated with virus vaccine against Newcastle disease. In two weeks, the chickens of all three groups are challenged intramuscularly with the virulent SGN strain of Newcastle disease virus.
