A drill string dampener has a body, a shaft, an unit for torque transfer, a springy element. In the body two separate units are installed with the shafts of those installed with possibility of interaction with separate springy elements and with possibility of displacement in long direction and interaction with each other by means of cam clutch of the unit for torque transfer placed inside the closed cavity and not connected to the body.
