METHOD FOR PREDICTING PREMATURITY IN PREGNANCY

The proposed method for predicting prematurity in pregnancy is distinctive by determining the content of nitrogen oxide in the blood serum of the pregnant woman by the content of end products of nitrogen metabolism, such as nitrates and nitrites. To determine the content of nitrates and nitrites, the modified Griss method is used. The prematurity in the pregnancy is predicted if the content of nitrogen oxide is less than the specified content.
