METHOD FOR PREDICTING CLINICAL VARIANT OF NON-SUICIDAL AUTOAGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN PATIENTS WITH PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIA

The method for predicting the clinical variant of non-suicidal autoagressive behavior in the patients with paranoid schizophrenia comprises clinical and psychpathological examination. The clinical variant of non-suicidal autoagressive behavior in the patients with paranoid schizophrenia is assessed by the syndrome analysis of the clinical symptoms. The delirious variant is associated with the life hazard for the patients or the risk of the severephysical self-injuries. The hallucinatory variant is associated with the risk of the severe physical self-injuries. The compulsive variant is associated with the moderate ritualized self-injuries. The affectogenous variant is associated with the severe physical self-injuries. Finally, the catatonic variant is associated with the mild superficial self-injuries.
