The method for the early diagnosis of the malignant tumors comprises the study of the cytogenetic abnormalities in chromosomes of somatic blood cells in the presence of DNA-demethylating agent and antitumor drug. The early anomalous mechanism of DNA hypomethylation in assessed for estimating the protective potential of antitumor drug early in tumor progression.
