The utility model relates to the technology of industrial explosives. A method for purification of conversion high explosive materials from retarder consists in the treatment of material A-IX-1, A-IX-2, A-IX-20, okfol, okfal with water. To improve purification of explosive materials from retarder the material is ground, treated by hydrocarbons, e.g. gasoline at a ratio of 1: 2.5-3.0 and dried at the temperature of 80-90 DEGREE C during one hour.
