The invention relates to the ferrous metallurgy. A blast furnaces air tuyere with protective coating includes internal and external copper cartridges, which are connected with ends by flange and ôexteriorö part, which protective coating is made as three-layered one, applied on its external copper surface and end part of internal surface from the side of ôexteriorö part by plasma spraying of material, at that the first layer of coating is made of molybdenum, the second layer is made of heatproof alloy based on nickel, and the third layer contains zirconium dioxide and aluminium compounds, moreover every layer of coating has the thickness of 0.3-1.5 mm. The invention increases air tuyere wear resistance, thus increasing the life time thereof.
