The means for coal dust precipitation with high wetting ability includes nonionic surface-active substance (NSAS) on the base of oxyethylated spirits and water. As NSAS it includes the product of oxyetilation of primary fat saturated spirits of fraction C8-C10 by five moles of ethylene oxide with structural formula RO-(CH2CH2O)n-1CH2-CH2OH, where n - number of bound moles of ethylene oxide, R - C8H17-C10H21.
