Chuck contains a housing, the primary component of tension, which is executed in the form of eccentric rotary clamping jaws mounted in the housing in parallel to its axis with possibility of turning on the spring-loaded cylindrical journals and interacting with the opening of the conical bushing with the thread. The secondary component of tension is executed in the form of component-jacket being mobile relative to the housing in axial direction, which is equipped with external thread, pitch of which is equal to the pitch of the thread of conical bushing, and reinforcing eccentric element, which is set in motion, executed with the axis, which is perpendicular to the axis of the holder. The reinforcing eccentric element is conical and equipped with the thread, and mobile element-jacket has an opening corresponding to the conical opening of the bushing, but having larger diameter.
