The proposed method for selecting antithrombotic therapy for patients with cardiac infarction complicated by acute cardiac insufficiently consists in performing, before the treatment, the analysis of the thrombocyte aggregation caused by adrenalin, determining the rate and the time interval of the aggregation, administering plavix and aspirin by doses of 125 mg once a day at the 3, 5, 10, and 14 day, and performing the repeated analysis of the thrombocyte aggregation. The repeated therapy would be prescribed if the degree of the thrombocyte aggregation reduces to 30 ... 70 %, the aggregation rate reduces to 5 ... 30 % per minute, and the aggregation period reduces to 8 ... 10 minutes. If the said parameters increase or does not change, the dose of aspirin would be increased to 250 mg per day. If the parameters decrease drastically, the administration of aspirin would be cancelled.
