<p>The system includes an enclosure or a cabin for holding people, a helium container enclosure that includes two enclosure sections and gas containers, and a cabin for holding necessary technical components for evacuation. The gas containers releases air or helium to form a gaseous mattress at the bottom of the cabin for holding people during evacuation. An electric motor, powered by a battery or photo-voltaic panels, is provided for moving the cabin for holding people. The cabin is moved in three positions, namely, the normal building utilization position, emergency occupation and inflation position, and flight and landing position. Wind sensors and deflating valves are also provided for facilitating landing of the cabin.</p> |
